A card is saved to secure your appointment. Nothing is charged unless the cancellation terms below apply.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You’re free to reschedule or cancel up to 2 days before your appointment. Inside 2 days, a £10 late-cancellation fee applies.
Good to know
- Please read our policy before booking. By making an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final balance.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will lose their deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.
- Please arrive on time with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
- Infills must have enough extensions remaining. Otherwise, the appointment may be charged as a full set. We may not infill another artist’s work.
- Please tell your lash artist about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, or recent eye procedures before treatment.
- Lash retention varies depending on your natural lash cycle, lifestyle, products, and aftercare. Contact us within 48 hours if you have any concerns.
- Completed treatments are non-refundable, but genuine issues may be corrected after assessment.
