Deposit

A £10 deposit is taken online to secure your appointment. It comes off your treatment total; the rest is settled in the salon.

Cancelling or rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any deposit or payment already made is non-refundable.

Good to know

• - Arrive with clean, bare lashes
• - No mascara, eyeliner, oil or lash serum, as they stop the extensions bonding. They can also affect any lifting treatments.
• - Skip caffeine before your lash reservation where you can. It can cause fluttering that makes precise application harder.
• - Please be on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the next guest. You will lose your deposit.
• - Give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes and no-shows means forfeiting your deposit.
• - Let us know of any allergies, eye conditions or recent eye treatments before we begin.
• - Keep lashes dry for 24 hours afterwards and follow the aftercare we send to keep your set full.
