How to use Lash Create, start to finish
Lash Create is made to be picked up in an afternoon, and these videos are the demo. They walk through the app the way you'd set it up for real: your account, your services, payments and deposits, then your booking website and the emails that follow every set. You don't need design experience and you don't need an iPad. Everything runs on the iPhone in your pocket, and it's free to download so you can follow along as you watch.
If you're brand new, go in order. Sign up, add your services, connect Stripe and switch on deposits, and the money side of your week is done before you take a single booking. After that the three website videos build your booking page, which is the part clients actually see. Mapping a set is covered in our written guides, where you can read a step twice without scrubbing back.
The rest of the library is the business side that keeps a studio running: setting up your services, connecting Stripe, taking deposits, building your booking website in three short parts, and the aftercare and studio emails that go out on their own. Most clips are one to three minutes, so you can watch one, open Lash Create and have that piece set up before your next client walks in.

How do I learn to use Lash Create?
The quickest way is to watch a short tutorial then try the same thing in the app. Start with the full walkthrough for a tour of everything, then dip into the design and mapping guide when you are ready to plan your first set. Every clip is a few minutes long and pairs with a real screen in Lash Create so you can follow along on your own phone or iPad.
Is there a tutorial for lash mapping in the app?
Yes. The lash design and mapping guide shows you how to map a full set on a real photo of your client, using the stamps, lengths, curls, colour and gradients that are built in. You see the finished look before any product goes on, and a long press on your chosen style reveals the full map.
Do I need an iPad to use Lash Create?
No. Lash Create runs on iPhone and iPad, so you can map, book and manage clients from the phone in your pocket. There is nothing extra to buy and no drawing tablet required, which is why lash artists move to it from Procreate.
Is Lash Create free to try?
Yes. Lash Create is free to download from the App Store, so you can watch a tutorial and try mapping a set straight away before you decide on a plan.
Can I show a client their lashes before the appointment?
Yes. The virtual try on lets you layer real looking styles onto a photo of your client's eyes, so they see and approve the look before you lash. It cuts down surprises in the chair and helps clients book with confidence.
